ABSP is committed to providing superior email and telephone support to each of our partners. ABSP and your Partner Relationship Manager understand that each request for support is not equal. As your partner, ABSP will rely on you to set the priority for each support request. ABSP has established 3 tiers of support.
Advantage Plus partners will receive 4 Tier III support requests per month, 2 Tier II support requests
per month and 1 Tier I support request per month. Additional Tier III requests will be billed at $6.00 per request.
Additional Tier II support requests will be billed at $12.00 per request. Additional Tier I support requests will
be billed at $20.00 per request.
Advantage Premier Plan
Advantage Premier partners will receive unlimited Tier III and Tier II support requests per month.
Advantage Premier partners will receive 6 Tier I support requests per month.
Additional Tier I support requests will be billed at $6.00 per request.
*Full-Service Payroll includes paying all employees with 24-hour direct deposit; set up, file and pay payroll taxes with a no-penalty guarantee; print and file W2s and/or 1099's at the end of the year. Monthly charge per employee for bi-weekly or semi-monthly pay periods is $6. Monthly charge per employee for weekly payroll is $7.50. Payroll set-up/import is a one-time fee of $125 for ≤ 10 employees; $200 for 11-25 employees; $300 for 26-40 employees.
*Business Advisory Services includes: 1) an annual profit diagnostic review on your company’s pricing strategies and profit drivers. Your company will receive 3-4 actionable ideas that are relevant to your business and that quantify the potential impact on profit; 2) a semi-annual process and workflow improvement review where your current processes and systems are systemically critiqued and 1-2 recommendations are provided to help reduce operating expenses while maintaining or increasing output; and 3) a quarterly key performance indicator (KPI) analysis to provide financial and nonfinancial key metrics indicative of how your business is really performing.
